MADAGASCAR: Team Bulding at Galana

For the first time in GALANA’s history, all employees went green in Team building in the Andasibe natural park, located halfway between Antananarivo and Toamasina on the weekend of 25 and 26 September 2021. The stated objective was to get to know each other better and to be in a good mood after a long period of health crisis. Each department has demonstrated creativity in presenting their activities, issues and challenges to other entities in an artistic and fun way.

The 220 participants spared no effort to surprise, make people laugh and above all, to discover their professions through sketches for some, films for others, or even through popular songs of the past.

Of course, all the health measures were taken in such a way as to preserve the good health of all and to avoid the event becoming a cluster. To do this, tests were carried out on all participants, including subcontractors in charge of the logistics part and a medical unit was sent to the site to deal with minor ailments and any emergencies.

The participants separated on Sunday after a friendly lunch with still in memory the memorable evening spent dancing to the tropical rhythms of the artists Shyn  &  Denise who are at the top of the box office and the Sunday morning track game that allowed the teams to compete in good spirits.

The theme being “We are all the crew on the same boat”, the success, unanimously shared by this event, suggests that the GALANA boat is in working order to face all the challenges ahead.
