A single alert system within the Group: the Rubis Integrity Line.
Set up in 2018, it allows all employees and external employees to file an alert securely and confidentially on any situation that is contrary to Rubis’ Code of Ethics (corruption, environment, security, fraud, personal data, human rights etc.).

In line with the Group’s desire to be fully integrated into the regions in which it operates and to contribute to their development, our subsidiaries support community projects working in the fields of education and health. Each association project is supported by the local subsidiary and is adapted to the problems in the field in order to best meet the expectations of the populations.

Created in 2011 with the aim of being a cultural and social player that extends beyond the economic role of the Rubis Group in its territories, Rubis Mécénat develops committed artistic projects adapted to the local problems of each territory while favouring a long-term commitment and support.
With Rubis Energie’s subsidiaries, Rubis Mécénat has developed 3 educational programmes in South Africa, Jamaica and Madagascar and trained more than 150 young adults in various artistic fields while awarding more than 60 scholarships in these countries.
The fund also commissions works from French and international artists, in collaboration with cultural institutions and the Group’s subsidiaries, with the same desire to create professional and supportive projects. Finally, in-house art projects are carried out in the offices of the subsidiaries, and the art collection of the fund is exhibited there.
